Freelancers and agencies
Invoice international clients and sign contracts in the company’s name.
For founders, freelancers and online sellers in Bangladesh
Globallyo handles U.S. LLC formation from Bangladesh from start to finish. We file with the state, apply for your EIN without an SSN, act as your Registered Agent and make yearly responsibilities clear. You never travel to the U.S., and every state fee is shown before payment.
State approval, IRS processing and third-party applications follow separate review timelines.
Quick answer
Yes. U.S. states generally let non-U.S. residents, including citizens and residents of Bangladesh, own and form an LLC. You do not need a U.S. visa, a U.S. address of your own or an SSN. You need a valid passport, a Registered Agent in the selected state and an EIN, which international applicants request through accepted IRS routes.
The core formation rules are similar to any LLC. The practical differences are the EIN route, yearly filings and which banks and payment providers accept the application.
Right fit first
A U.S. LLC gives a cross-border business a U.S. legal identity that clients, marketplaces and payment providers can evaluate.
Invoice international clients and sign contracts in the company’s name.
Create the structure many marketplaces and processors expect.
Bill subscriptions from a U.S. company and keep ownership organised.
Give overseas buyers a U.S. counterparty while operating from Bangladesh.

Select the plan and see the state fee separately.
Provide passport, ownership and company information.
Articles of Organization are prepared and filed.
Form SS-4 is prepared for an accepted international route.
Receive documents, filing dates and next steps for operations.
State and IRS processing times vary. An estimate is provided before payment.
State choice
Most Bangladesh-based freelancers, agencies and sellers compare Wyoming and New Mexico. Delaware is usually considered when the financing or legal plan points there.
Short answer: Wyoming has a predictable yearly cost, New Mexico has the lowest ordinary state maintenance, and Delaware is familiar to investment-focused startups. You do not need to live in or visit the state.
| Item | Wyoming | New Mexico | Delaware |
|---|---|---|---|
| State filing fee | $100 | $50 | $110 |
| Yearly state cost | Annual report; $60 minimum | No ordinary annual report | $400 annual tax, due June 1 |
| Due date | First day of anniversary month | Not applicable | June 1 after formation |
| Common fit | Freelancers, agencies, online sellers | Lowest recurring state cost | Startups with investment plans |
Government fees can change. Current charges are confirmed before checkout.
Required
Every LLC needs a Registered Agent with a physical address in its formation state. The agent receives lawsuits and official state notices and must remain active.
Operational
A business mailing address handles ordinary correspondence and may support some applications. It is not the same as a Registered Agent address and does not make the owner a U.S. resident.
Federal tax ID
An EIN is the LLC’s federal tax ID. Banks, payment providers and the IRS use it to identify the company.
Globallyo helps keep the company name, responsible party, address and business activity consistent across the EIN application and company documents.
Prepare once
Valid colour passport scan and current residential address.
Two or three name options and an accurate business description.
Member details and ownership split for a multi-member LLC.
Email, phone and WhatsApp information.
Proof of address, website, invoices or contracts when requested.
Applications, not guarantees
A U.S. LLC can apply using its own company details, EIN and business information. Each provider reviews the founder’s country, identity, activity, website, address evidence and risk profile.
Provider decisions remain independent.
Bangladesh-side responsibilities
Formation is a U.S. process. A founder living in Bangladesh may also have foreign-exchange, remittance, export-proceeds and worldwide-income responsibilities in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Bank regulates money moving in and out of Bangladesh. How those rules apply depends on how the LLC is funded, where revenue is received and how earnings are brought home.
A Bangladesh tax resident may have worldwide-income reporting responsibilities. The treatment of LLC income and any local exemption depends on the facts.
Get local advice before moving money. Speak with an Authorised Dealer bank, Bangladeshi lawyer or tax adviser. Globallyo’s formation service is not Bangladesh legal or tax advice.
A missed Form 5472 can trigger a penalty starting at $25,000, with more possible if the failure continues after notice.
Yearly responsibility
A foreign-owned single-member LLC may need Form 5472 attached to a pro forma Form 1120 even with no income, along with state obligations and Registered Agent renewal.
U.S. LLC cost from Bangladesh
One service price plus the state fee. Nothing is added later without approval.
Launch pricing applies to Globallyo’s service fee. Government charges, physical mail shipping, annual returns and second-year renewals are separate unless included in writing.
Why Globallyo
Founder questions
Yes. The process can be handled remotely and documents are delivered digitally.
State filing and IRS timing vary. Globallyo gives a realistic estimate before payment and provides status updates.
No. International applicants can request an EIN through accepted IRS routes using Form SS-4 without either number.
Wyoming suits many freelancers and agencies, New Mexico has low ordinary state maintenance, and Delaware suits some investment-focused startups.
A U.S. LLC can apply. Stripe independently reviews the business and owner. Application assistance is not an approval guarantee.
Some providers accept remote applications from non-U.S. owners, while others restrict countries or business types. Provider rules change and approval is independent.
Tax depends on the ownership and business activity. A foreign-owned LLC may still have annual information-filing obligations even when no U.S. income tax is due.
That depends on how you fund the company and handle export earnings or overseas investment. Confirm the facts with an AD bank or Bangladesh adviser.
No. Company ownership is separate from U.S. immigration status.
